"Had a huge beer/carb belly last vacation pic were not appealing to look at. Dr. Liu was so professional. She went over all my options carefully and did not press for me to select any procedure. In fact, she talked my wife out of attempting the procedure on a spot that she thought was not optimal for Coolsculpting. I chose to do 3 areas initially: sides and abdomen. Sides were almost painless, just a strong pinch for about 1 min then it just feels numb. The abdomen was a little more tender, felt a strong pinch for 5 minutes then a mild numbness for the remaining 55 minutes. Office has a very nice, wide selection of DVDs to watch during the procedure. Results were so good on the first 3 areas that I just went back for two more treatments on different spots. Went from wearing a size 38 jean to 34 jean in 4 weeks, but Dr. Liu says the full benefit won't be seen until week 8. Going from size 38 to 34 jeans in 4 weeks has been amazing, and motivated me to start diet and exercising to get even more results. Will probably also get additional treatments to get my goal of a size 30."

"During my appointment, Dr. Huang examined my skin and determined I suffered from dry, sensitive skin, and acne. She prescribed me traditional topical medications including Tazorac and Duac. She also recommended in-office acne treatments, Newport Coast Dermatology’s secret weapon against curing acne. Dr. Huang explained the treatment would include: a glycolic chemical peel, diamond microdermabrasion, extractions, and end with a cooling nitrogen slush to close pores. The treatments would help clear up acne, reduce the size of my pores, and exfoliate flakey skin cells. It sounded like the answer to all my problems. I took her recommendation and right away had my first acne treatment. The results were much more than I expected. after one treatment, my skin immediately felt and looked smoother. I then scheduled a follow-up acne treatment to continue on the right path of clearing up my face.
In addition to the in-office treatments, I took advantage of Newport Coast Dermatology’s line of facial products. I purchased the acne clearing wash and toning pads. I did not realize the importance of a great toner until I used the pads. They played a vital role in clearing up my acne. The pads also helped remove excess oil and keep my skin blemish free.
After a couple short months, my acne went away and my skin was finally blemish free. My face was smoother than ever and looked healthy. My friends wondered what my secret was?
